ACTIVITIES

The main part of our production is for our major client - Rolls-Royce Marine – for their shipbuilding yards in Finland and Norway.

A long-term frame contract has been concluded, as well as operating contracts for production and supply of details and units. The contracting process is constant and has a delivery period of 5 weeks (urgent) up to deliveries within 18 months.

Simultaneously, orders for Odessos Shiprepair Yard, KFK, JSCo. and others are being performed.

TECHNOLOGICAL CAPACITY

- Rotation details with a diameter of up to 800 mm and length of 1200 mm;
- The working zone of the lathe centres 1200 х 550 х 500 mm;
- Detail of complex shape – conical spirals, matrices, ratchets, etc.;
- Cylindrical and conical cogs:

• Maximal diameter: 700 mm

• Maximal module – without limitations

The technology and methods, used by us, allow 100% of our production, regardless of its seriation, to be manufactured on CNC-lathes and lathe centres, which ensures stable and guaranteed quality at competitive prices.
